Celebrate Heart Health on Go Red Day

February 6th is “Go Red for Women” a national initiative led by the American Heart Association. What this day mean to you?

Reminder to stay healthy with a healthy heart. Be active

To Be kind to yourself and those around you

To nurture yourself and attend to your own heart

To practice self-love

A time to stop and reflect on the joy in your life, either small or big. Choose to see positivity around you.

Boost your energy and reinforce a positive sense of self as you walk in red, symbolizing your passion for life, radiating and spreading joy, excitement, and positive energy around you.

Uplifting yourself and those around as you choose to walk with faith and in your truth

It is a perfect time to add something colorful to your outfit

Honor and support other Women as you go red for all. Choose to wear a little touch of red in ways that works for you- maybe it is a pop of red lipstick, a red shoe, bag, earrings, ring, a hat or a pin. Find what works for you and have fun wearing red.

Forget the time! Today, take thing easy and just be in the present moment

But most importantly, keep purifying your Heart, stay healthy, free from unhealthy behaviors, actions, thoughts or emotions. Choose to let go and be in peace. This is a way we keep our heart purified and healthy.

Go Red! For Women.
